Roof Leaks are inherently complex and present various challenges and therefore require different solutions. Our overarching goal at Roof Leak Enders is to deliver professional, reliable and honest roof leak solutions. Due to the multitude of varying roof leak solutions, ranging from simply sealing an area with roofing cement all the way to removing large sections of roof and replacing it with new water and ice shield waterproof barrier, our guarantee must be determined on a job by job basis. However, we strive to offer a 1-year service warranty on most roof leak repairs.

New Roof Warranty

Most roof warranties come from the manufacturer of your shingles. With the common asphalt shingle, you can expect a lifetime warranty. Typically, a basic manufacturer’s warranty will cover roofing materials. Most importantly, basic manufacturer warranties don’t cover workmanship. For that, you would have to upgrade to an enhanced warranty. While these vary based on the manufacturer, they often cover the full replacement value as well as workmanship for a period of time.

Warranty for Roof Leaks & Roof Repairs

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on roof leaks/repairs. Please note that flashing cement and sealant repairs are not covered in this warranty, however, our goal is to be accountable and to operate with integrity at all times and we stand behind our work.

Partial Roof Replacement
In cases where customers do partial roof replacement, we guarantee those repairs for 5 years against leaks.

Full Roof Replacement Shingle Roofs
Most roof material manufacturers offer a lifetime product warranty. In addition, Leak Enders offers a 20-year warranty on defects in labor.

Flat Roof Replacement

Manufacturer’s warranty is 15 years against defects in material. Leak Enders offers a 10-year complete warranty against defects in material or labor.
